Hi.

Just wondering if you have seen these interviews and if they are worth it?. If you think that they are good and you want to sell your copy then please let me know.

Many thanks.

Since no-one else has answered, I will.
I think they are worth every penny and a lot more.
When you've got people like Alan Rich, Martin Shoebridge and me being interviewed - Jack Schwager, eat your heart out ;-)

Please note I do not receive any financial benefit for copies sold and am posting in a light hearted way, but really do think they are excellent value, enjoyable and interesting.
Go on - splash out on a new set ;-)

I enjoyed listening to some of them. Some of them were boring, some were very good. Do not think it made me any better as a trader but like market wizards it had a good effect and helps broadens the mind.

Out of 30k people on this site i'm sure theres at least 18 that are serious!

In other words - a complete waste of money, time and space.

Here is my opinion on this product (which I first posted under 'Trading Resources' thread before I saw this one):

Hi Bigears -

I have actually just receieved my copy this week from T2W store - and I'm not selling!

18 traders talk openly , thoroughly and candidly about how they started, what they trade and what methodologies/strategies they use.

I have only viewed the first few interviews (on the first CD) so far. These are very interesting, 20-25 min 'chats' with traders from all walks of life. Most are sat at their desks/trading stations during the interview.

The first CD includes a group of traders who use (pay for) the facilities of a trading room set up in a Surrey Country Club. Many others are traders sat at home using their own equipment.

I think the whole set (3 CDs) will prove to be very inspiring and educational material. Personally, I can easliy relate to the points made and issues raised - the learning curve, (including the inevitable big hit early on), the development of trading and business plans, and the importance of risk/money management to ultimate success.

There is over 7 hours of material here - I plan to watch a couple of interviews each day during my lunch breaks, over the next 2 weeks or so.

If you want to see real self-employed/self-funded traders talking about this business in a real-time trading environment, this product is well worth £37.

IMO.

Many thanks to every positive contributor to this thread. Special thanks to DaveT for taking the time to expand on his findings so far.

Best regards

This is the only business where interviews with the 18 worst traders of all time would be more informative than the top 18 winning traders
