US direct access broker - TradePros?

Hi,

I'm looking for a US broker for intraday trading, who will provide Realtick free of charge (after x number of trades per month) and competitive commissions. Any suggestions?

Also has anyone been using TradePros (thetradepros.com)? If so could you please comment on their performance?
