Well, before congress, the bailout plan was looking likely as though it was going to be approved. But yesterday, Paulson, Bernanke, Cox..etc. got untold heat from the senators and the sense of urgency is now lost. Unless they continue to argue their case very well, it's not going to be passed by the senate.

I have a gut feeling it will get passed eventually based on the fact that it will come down to being the lesser of two evils.

I think something will be approved, just not the whole bailout as it has been proposed so far.

Approval and large rally. Get the feeling congress are trying to look good with their tough talk before elections but all know it'll be passed. Anyone know when the decision will be given??

Ill just go against the tide and say maybe not. then mkts can experience close to a headbang.

bailout means....they are almost dead if we not give them bloode...

and if they are almost dead...and this widely accepted by all....then they are gonna kill them....

so...whatever comes out...it wont change their destiny...they are dead....

the killing will end araound 8800 dow points....according to angel gabreal....

everybody knows this....whoever is going to buy tomorrow....they are gonna give him gladly....

so....

the bailout selling is almost over...at 11 400 dow points....nobody is going to buy back...those given at 11 400....it is over....we are going to head south in a very orderly fasion...LİKE 2001....

THEY ARE ALL CRYİNG...that this is the mother of the all crises....since 1929...

but ...

assets prices are never breaking the trend line....if it is big...then why these prices are still high...

so...

they know the mother of this crise...but they dont know the father....THE FATHER HAS NOT YET ARRİVED....

approved: markets make a decent 3-6mth technical rally
disapproved: market capitulate even more

the reason we didn't fall off the cliff last Thursday is because of this bailout plan, the market is relying on a 700B bid underneath it to lean against, otherwise there no bids and the de-leveraging continues.

did you see....

they cant make it....

it is impossible....

why...

if they go up...there is sellers...as hell...15 percent less the price they paid...

you need balls....and big money to do it....

money is not important...it is the balls....but nobody have the balls to buy it....not the bulls....

so if you have the bulls in you....you sholud of short the dow by now.....like ı did...it talksss...the bulls....

shorting everything....is being...against paulson....against the big guys....against the system that desigend to suck your bloode....

SHORT İT....FİGHT BACK TO SYSTEM....THAT SUCKS YOUR BLOODE....

WTF

lol don't know what is going on here, maybe a short selling specialist having a mental breakdown?

It's looking very likely the full 700B will be released with strong conditions attatched safe-guarding tax payers funds. I've seen it mentioned several places that the effect will be to drive the Dollar down? Likely?

the money that is evopareted in this daylight robbery....will become rain on the condition that the prices of all assets will go down 20 percent more....otherwise...it will stay where it is now.

:) now you can't doubt that prediction.
Kuzu i don't think asset price support is the sole aim of the package but more importantly to maintain a freely moving money market between the banks. Without that, a recession is certain as businesses will fold due to lack of finance.
