USA Stocks in internet..help!

I am new on TRADES and i want to start tradind stocks...i search internet and i find some companys to trade online..but i am not AMERICAN and i cant open account...



i need..

Online trading internet services for NON-AMERICANs...i live in Japan now and its very expensive to and dificult to trade in japanese,internet trade its my solution...but where?

as a novice wich is the best software for trade?

if you are willing to teach yourself before you start, then interactive brokers is the best solution for almost anyone. i am trading professionally for a firm now, but if i were at home i would choose interactive brokers had very good experiences with it.
