TS2Ki - forex charting bid price

Hello there,
I'm trying to help a friend of mine to get correct forex charts using Tradestation 2000i - IB-Hyperserver.

His chart of USD/EUR (idealpro) is runnning off the bid instead of the ask.

I have the same set up as him, but I seem to be charting the ask price instead.

I don't know if the exchange has something to do with this, I'm using 'cforex', where as he is using 'forex', although this doesn't seem to be something that we can alter on our systems.

This sounds like something to do with the data source but try the following and see what you have.

1) Open GlobalServer and click on the "Symbol Portfolio Tab"
2) now click on the symbol name.
3) Click on Edit and select "Edit Symbol"
4) Click on the "Edit Data" Tab

Make sure that you have the Field/ Resolution set to "Trade/Record" as shown in the screenshot.

I am not sure that this will help but at least you will see whether you are getting trade data.

Heyyy Many Tx! for reply,Hmmm,tried that ,and yeh its allready at those settings.As u say might b data source in which case i will load new Ib version and see if solves problem.
