TS 2000i and TC2000 Data

My TS2000i recognises my TC2000 data directory (exported from TC2005) but when I try to chart it I receive the message no data available for the selected date range.

If I click 'format symbol - settings' it shows Date range 6/6/2000 to 5/3/2005 is available and clicking the universe button brings up full details of any requested security.

Can anyone help please?

Have you tried loading the data in Global Server (by double clicking on the security and selecting the Edit Data tab) which will show if the data is actually present ?

Hi Paul,

The data is not held in GS but in a third party TC2000 directory so confirmation cannot be obtained that way.

TS2000i can make one pull one's hair out can't it!

Have you been able to see the data in the past or is this a new supplier for you ? Also when you use the "Import Data" function and you select TC2000 what actually happens ?
