I have idea of making a connection between Trading System

Introduction
Now days trading have move the market to high level but the trading system can be in different countries and that make impassible for trad companies to calculate and join other countries trading system.

The Connection
let's take example of Sudan Pound SDG and United State of America USD how to make the connection
let's say the 1 USD = 2.7 SDG
and some USA company have a trading system in Sudan , The system works with SDG
The system account user's have put the sum of 2700 SDG what's mean 1000 USD
the %1.2 for the trading company , the system have reach 4000 SDG , the company will take from every user %1.2 in SDG that will be convert to USD witch is 48 USD , the trading will work with the country currency , the currency will be converted to dollars , the mean currency is bitcoin, the coins as normally converted to any currency.
*- That's mean the Trading companies must have a bit coin wallets.
*- The Trading system must be connect to the country financial service through API.
*- Prefer to use Manager ( Manager.io) or alternative with same system to calculate each country fund.
*- The company can connect different currencies stocks or companies in one platform.
*- The currency stocks because the printing press is Trapped for countries and the currency trading is not legal in most of countries the companies can but stocks value of the currency.
