From time to time a reverse takeover transaction is announced.
Would it be true to say that, as a general rule, the share price of the smaller company reversing into the bigger company ( assets ) tends to perform strongly?
I appreciate there will always be exceptions to any 'general rule, but I am only seeking to identify a usual patter.
