Need a new share broker, recommendations?

My current share broker has decided that retail customers are no longer for them, so I am looking for a new UK based broker. I'd appreciate anyones experience/recommendations.

I am a low frequency share trader (1-2 deals per month on average).

They should have:

Fixed price sharedealing online. I don't want a broker that charges a percentage.
No monthly account fees
Easily transfer in/out money - perferably online.

Any reccomendations appreciated.
