Dear T2W Members,

Effective March 1st, EFX Group has been acquired by Manhattan Beach Trading, Inc. (MBTI), the financial services holding company of MB Trading Futures, Inc. (MBTF) and MB Trading. Your account is already held at MBTF, and therefore nothing will change for your account except forthcoming changes in accessing information regarding your account. Currently, the EFX website permits access to your account through its secure login and will continue to do so. Over the course of the next few weeks we will change this to access information from your account at Online Stock Trading | MB Trading Direct Access Brokerage Firm.

The EFX team will still be available to answer your questions about how to use the platform, how the technology works, new account info, Live Helper, etc.

Over the next few weeks our operation is going to expand to help educate people about all markets that MBTI's subsidiaries cover: including Stocks, Futures and Options. The EFX team will continue to be involved in providing you the level of service that you have become accustomed to.

Manhattan Beach Trading, Inc. Acquires EFX Group, LLC.

(El Segundo, CA) – March 1, 2008 – Manhattan Beach Trading, Inc. (MBTI), a financial services holding company, has acquired introducing forex agent (IA), EFX Group, LLC. EFX Group, LLC will be integrated into MB Trading Futures, Inc. (MBTF). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

(MBTI) believes that the acquisition provides synergies that will clear the way to increased growth within MBTF. "The EFX Group staff is a dedicated group of professionals in the Forex market place. Their innovative approach to educating customers has played a key role in the expansion of our client base. Their understanding of the retail trading space will further enhance MBTF's dramatic Forex growth as well as new product offerings," said Steve Demarest, President of MBTI.

The acquisition includes certain technologies as well as a trading platform that EFX has created to work with the MBTF execution engine for forex traders. "Once we started rolling out the product, it became apparent that we could get more accomplished for the client by working with MBTF directly. The acquisition comes with a high degree of technology sharing which will become immediately apparent to FX clients. Clients will be offered a highly specialized web-based FX platform that will grow with client needs," adds Jon Floyd, President of EFX Group.
