Have i been scammed..

Made an investment with Arthur Forbes Consulting( Charterhouse International Inc) a number of years ago.. Not very well looked into and pretty much off the cuff.
To tell u the truth i had forgot about it until i was going through some old paperwork yesterday

The Company the investment was supposed to be in is In Time Group(Techno Marines european agent)

All the phone numbers and web addresses don't exist anymore

Can anyone shed any light on the subject ??
