French Labor Department announced Feb. local unemployed population increase by 10.8% year-on-year (month by 0.6%) to 318.7 million, approximation the highest record of 319.5 million created in January 1997, mainly due to the impact of the unemployed population increase of more than 50-year-old ethnic.

At least we know why there are 300 million unemployed people in France, something to do with old ethnic people, or something. Top quality analysis I'd say.
