China October inflation 1.7% ‧ record 33 months low - hpc

China's National Bureau of Statistics announced the consumer price index (CPI) in October year-on-year growth of 1.7%, below market expectations of 1.9%, fell further than 1.9 per cent in September. And PPI change approximately 2.8%, the decline narrowed compared to September, first rebound for Five months.
Food inflation has the larger Impact on the overall CPI, food prices rose 1.8% in October, affect the consumer price level rose by about 0.57%. This is the lowest inflation rate nearly 3 years since January 2010.
