Central Fund Gold and Silver ETF

I'm thinking of investing in the Central Fund which is a gold and silver ETF trading in North America. Does anyone have any views on this fund? Also, I need to find an affordable and reputable UK broker who can purchase this for me...

Uparung, CEF is 98% invested in unencumbered, allocated, segregated and insured gold and silver with the holdings maintained at a physical ratio of 50 ounces of silver for each 1 ounce of gold. (Currently 619,591 oz of Gold and 30,973,714 oz of silver).

It holds possibly one of the largest identifiable private hoards of physical silver, and this adds some volatility to the CEF charts.
