The dollar will rally on NFP extremes, that is if the numbers are really bad the dollar will rally on risk flows, and if the numbers are really good, the $$ will rally on fed funds rate being raised earlier grounds.

Does anybody know when Bernanke will be confirmed? If comfirmed I believe that will give a boost to the $$ as there will be less uncertainty and less risk aversion, therefore I believe this will be bullish for USDJPY. Could be a nice pop, considering where it is right now.

The Yen was on fire today, but the Yen strenght will be tempered by Japan's rhetoric of needing the Yen above 90 or intervening. This was the willd wild west today.

Well since the EU could not brake 1.4580 to the upside, it should go down further then this. The dollar bulls are back in control.

Re: Forex Analysis - Dollar near a 3 Month High on Signs of Economic Recovery Yes, the news continues to accumulate on the USD positive side. Dollar should continue to strengthen vs. the EU as both the fundamentals and technicals are aligned.

Don't know if it will get to 1.4441 to go short. This last minor upmove seems to be stop hunting in thin market.

Well, I would not get too excited about this little run to close the day...that was just short covering to close the week for all shorts that didnt want to hold over the wend.
