Yep thats the offer I was given although it has changed now, they delay the pay. You don't get paid until you are ready to trade (6wks - 3mths approx) then from that date you earn 1k a month for 3 months, nevertheless I turned it down. Basil, however, is a true legend!

I read alot on this website about both day trading and prop trading, however very little about flow trading? Why is there so little information about market making? What do flow traders earn in comparison to other traders and also what do they do? Any light anyone could shed would be a great help
