Put it in a S&P index ETF. I recommend VOO. Cheaper management fees than SPY and it's Vanguard, enough said.

Depends on what platform and software you use. NinjaTrader is based on C# programming language, which is limited to Windows OS. Windows 10 is great because it has virtual desktops.
