TWI, is there enough liquidity on LIFFE to trade outright 5 lots a few times a day for a few ticks?

Anyone here trade outright LIFFE softs, sugar, coffee cocoa? Are any locals market making the cocoa and coffee contracts? Are most trading arcades doing spreads or are there still lots of outright index futures traders and outright bund traders etc?

No one know of them?

Lol about the interiew! Are you doing stir spreads, it seems most of the arcades are doing tthe same sort of thing but some have edge over others. What about Mako are they just market making exchange traded options mostly, any big earners?

Anyone got direct experience of Met Traders? Are they mostly spreads or mixture of spreads and outright traders? How good is the training etc?

Inter deale rbroking is different to sales though, you are matching buyers and sellers not convincing people ot buy or sella product.

I've noticed with a few that they pay commission ie fixed percentage of revenue which is nice but not sure what the big boys earn, would be keen to hear what kinda sums your friend has heard his seniors are earning.

Is it possible though to earn 350k plus if your a good senrior broker?

Any ideas on total remuneration for good interdealer brokers, swaps, otc currency options, oil, gas, eurobonds?

Are futures markets a lot more volatile than cash markets, ie are Bund futures more volatile than the underlying cash instrument traded between banks and funds etc?

In other products, are exchange traded derivatives outnumbered by over the counter derivatives, how big are the cash government bond markets and spot fx etc. is this still big business in the banks, is otc derivatives growth outpacing exchange traded derivatives?

Is most STIR trading in banks done using exchange traded derivatives, ie euribor, short sterling, eurodollar or is the cash and over the counter derivatives market big as well?
