It is sometimes worth asking how they got your phone number.
I have only ever come to greif by working with a cold caller.
If I dont call them I dont want to know, is my rule from here on.
They may not be a boiler room scam but there are still plenty of dodgey deals around.
There is a simple answer to cold calls from ANYONE - put the down.
If you dont know who they are its a cold call - dont do drugs dont do talking to cold callers.
You can ask your phone provider to block anyone that phone w/o supplying a source phone no.

The cost of this system seems to have reduced drastically over recent times (Mid 2010) but the ongoing costs are the use of the live feed from IQ which is nearly £500 p.a. at current conversion rates on the $.
I already use ADVFN at approx £150 p.a. plus my live feeds...
I use CMC and have done for many years. The worse I can say about their platform is it the occasional re-quotes, but the spreads are very tight and the charts are wonderful.

A line chart simply links the end of day price, wheras a bar chart or a candle shows all the intraday activity. Only serious chart readers will entertain the latter and you virtual blind trying read read a line chart.

I have just finished reviewing the 10 minute trader.
On th plus side I would not have thought of using Bet on Markets or this style of trading that they create. Nor would I have thought of the strategy of 25% returns.
On the downside, I am not sure yet just how useful the above is. What is more...
