To be honest, I think it's impossible to lose money without emotion. Experienced traders just learned to accept it, but I'm sure there will still be some hard feelings. No one likes to lose money...regardless of their financial status. :confused:

Maybe that's the case, but again, trading is not something that the more homework you do means you are getting a sure win. At least not on retail traders level. Unless you're talking traders like George Soros with his plan to broke the Bank of England in 1992.

You're right, for super short term trading & low timeframes, algo can always act faster than humans. It'll only get worse in the future. For retail traders, their best chance to win is to trade on higher timeframes, because the impact of algo orders is limited and the price action there was...

Never try to reach your goals faster by taking a gigantic position on one trade and think it is a sure win.

Getting enough trades in a month is not a problem, since there are so many valid signals occurring on different assets within a month. The question is, how many positions should we open and only taking the best ones.

Still Bullish if you ask me.

It really depends on the trader. Some people trade like they are gambling, while others trade it systematically with an edge. With that being said, it's extremely easy to become gambling if you're not careful, even for the most experienced traders out there.

From what I know, there aren't any solid premade programs that can auto backtest your strategy yet. And yes, there aren't too many videos on YT for this topic, I'm planning to create some tutorials for this in the future.
