Dear all, I am new to this form which I came to know VERY LATE. Von bIsmarck (based in Frankfurt) conned me and made me to purchase shares in Royal Petroleum.I am in the same boat as you and can't sell them as they 're under regulation S and 144. Any one successfull in selling these shares?
