I did notify the FCA and action fraud, but it looks like the Director does not live in the Cedarhurst address as I got the letter back stating no such person lives here. I think we just have to be much more vigilant from now on....

We actually took the parameters off as it was getting rid of the shares as soon as it dropped and we noticed it does not really drop too far afterwards. But I think it is just the economy is bad at the moment so nothing really makes any profit. Anyone else tried this?

The tracing company report was very vague tbh, just links the company to Jerome to the address and nothing else. I may still be able to get the bank details from my bank. But who do we approach to dig deeper into this scam? The police wont be interested, the bank doesnt acknowledge it as fraud...

I sent a letter 2 weeks ago, but not had ann answer and tbh not expecting one. I just cannot believe that people are getting away with these scams. Surely there must be a way to find out who is behaind this from the bank details... Just which authority or body will be willing to investigate...

Hi guys I have managed to trace the company back to Ravenwing systems, the director is Jerome roy green. I have sent formal letter of complaint, but tbh not expecting a reply. Spoke to trading standards and they couldnt really help. So if anyone that has Ideas I'd be happy to take part.

Yes I have instructed a tracer company to try and find who is behind this scam. I will keep you updated to see if we can move forward.

Did you try any thing to get your money back? I too have fallen for this and the company is now gone!

Tnkerman so have you tried to contact them for refund? I cannot seem to get in touch with them, I too have paid half. I asked for refund a couple of months ago and they evaded by telling me to do some more trades and see how it goes.... I feel so stupid falling for such a scam. I have tried to...
