Right you can, but it quickly becomes very messy to deal with, as I can put from 4 to 10 trades a day sometimes (not to mention the tendancy of Microsoft's products to act by themselves, formatting cells as they guess sometimes). Hyperlink, would that require to put the charts somewhere online...
