A thought... if you've been involved in discussions but can get no benefit, you'd probably be better off to find another service to help you learn to trade and... if you know two ways to spell 'site', you're probably just too clever for the FtseDay approach to trading.

LOL, well, I probably was a mug to ever get into trading in the first place, but as you'll know you can spend a lot of your waking hours trying to learn to trade successfully. To stop somewhere for a while and learn how someone else did it made a lot of sense to me.

I believe Tom H had a poor 2 or 3 months and also claimed the pressure of the long waits in the Room between trades had got to him, so posted on his site that he'd decided to take a three month break, also the partner David Paul stopped his involvement. However that was last year (2011) I think...

I really am NOT trying to make a case for FTSEDay, as I say they are probably a long way from perfect, but reading this, why persevere for "many months" if they're that mad? Same goes for anyone using trading rooms, does it really take that long to find they're unprofessional/ sacrilegious/...

For the record I am a solitary trader with experience of subscribing to FTSEDay, I don't have any vested interest and I haven't been asked to write here. No-one has to believe me, but I do appreciate being allowed the courtesy to post.

Yes, you are quite right about room members calling out trades at FTSEDay (I may have been one of them!). It was a long way from perfect. Problem is short-term trading is just like that in my experience - a bit crazy, but no maybe it isn't good for new traders - but who do you trust to hold...
