by copying others i will observe and learn trading practically, how they trade

i am a beginner, I wanted to get 10% per month return via copy, I have invested amount with etoro copy (open book) and got 4% in 15 days. Is there any other copy system like etoro where i can get 15% per month return on 10k investment ? instead trading my self.
