I followed your example, but although I have selected English as the language, almost everything is in Spanish. My Spanish is not very good.

IG offer MT4, too. I'm using it to refine my Forex method in a demo account, and it is pretty wonderful after various web-based UIs which I've used over the last dozen years. But the margin is a bit hefty at around 500% of the pip size, and IG say that is a feature of MT4.

So how does a 500% margin compare across brokers using MT4? It seems a trifle high to me. That's tying up £500 for a £1 stake bet, irrespective of where I place stop loss.

A possible refinement occurs to me - if the pair is in a nice clean trend, then the target could be a little more ambitious, maybe? Given enough data, this could be backtested. I don't even know where to get the data for back testing these days, any suggestions?
