Mario, The Oanda system closed my trade at 1.5811. Buy order at 1.5825 with SL 35, TP 35 and trailing stop 20 not 24.

Hi Britishbull, Thanks for the explanation. The Average Daily Range today is 140 pips but as of now is less than 50. hmmm... Low impact fundamental news I think.

Hi britishbull, My trade was closed when the high of GBP/USD is only 1.5839 and fall short of 24 pips for trailing stop. I do not quite understand how this trailing stop works. :( My entry to long for today was 1.5825 with 35 TP and 35 SL.

I will just stick to the original strategy - TP 40 and SL 40. The trailing stop(24 pips) doesn't work very well for me on Oanda platform.

bluedancer, I think your suggestion will be the best way for me to set the breakeven on oanda platform. Currently, I may have to move my stoploss manually to breakeven if I were to use the best settings( TP = 80, SL = 40, BE = 24, TS = 40).

1 win(22nd sept) and 2 losses(23rd sept and 24th sept) for me. I do not use the latest version with the breakeven option because I am not trading on a MT4 platform. I would appreciate anyone can advise if it is possible to set the breakeven on Oanda platform.
