I type my trading plan up on the computer and print it out and laminate it. I keep it on my desk as i'm trading. I have little square boxex next to each step Which I mark with a dry erase marker as each criteria is met. This just helps me stick to my trading plan better entry rules exit rules...

its been good so far the last few weeks for my demo account. I try to wait until the last couple of hours of the asian session to place my order so that i can get a better entry point.
