    Interactive Brokers.......

Cheers flea, if you can find that out I'd be very grateful. Oh and well done for that lovely bass on the new album ;) Just a quick one about Chartman, I appreciate he's knowledgeable on his particular area of expertise but I've seen too much reference to IB on his posts in the past to believe...

    Interactive Brokers.......

It's not about Easy2Trade at all Flea. My question to you is wanting more info about the OCA from the 'experts' who use the facility. Do the orders actually sit on the exchange, or are they monitored by IB and then executed once limits are touched? If the former then I'd like to know how they...

    Interactive Brokers.......

So lets get this right. IB let traders place multiple orders on exchange but with only enough collateral cover for one of them. Sounds fantastic, where do I sign...! From a company risk point of view that sounds utterly preposterous. Explain further. I use Easy2Trade and although they dont...

Play at trading futures for free

I didnt think the Liffe website thing for USFs was much cop. However... I tried the free demo from easy2trade and I've gotta say it's excellent. The program they use is very user-friendly and all internet based, boy do I hate messy software downloads and confusing installations. The demo is...

Difficulty trading Index Futures through high margin requirements?

I do appreciate your concern cala, and yes it is right you should not trade when you dont have the money. However... Trading a couple of contracts such as EuroSTOXX still leaves you plenty of room for manoeuvre, as long as youre a disciplined trader. I personally dont want to be in the business...

Difficulty trading Index Futures through high margin requirements?

You need to think about the DJ EuroSTOXX 50 Future on Eurex. The average punter perhaps isnt switched on to the growth of this contract. Trading on fumes before november last year, now its volume is regularly bouncing around the 250-400K level daily. 10 euros a tick, exchange margin per...

    Futures Brokers

Yep, but still that 25,000 euros minimum investment level. Quite the spicy meatball for the private investor. www.easy2trade.com allow you to open with £5K, enough to trade one FTSE, 5 Mini, even a couple of EuroSTOXX contracts on Eurex. Good point about the DJ EuroSTOXX 50 Future, the average...

    Futures Trading

I checked out GDD and saw a minimum investment level of 25,000 EUROs!!! Hardly a convenient and easily-accessible cash amount for the average punter. Also, 100 euros minimum monthly activity charge applies to the 'Investor' level at 8 euros a roundturn. Seems like a pretty healthy distortion...

    Futures Trading

Ive been using easy2trade for a few months and I find it excellent. One of the things I find handy is you dont have to go through thouse messy software upgrades when a new version comes in. Because it's totally internet-based all you need is to log in and that's it. Very nice.
