Shadow Trading I have heard that the Curvalue software (that apparently looks like TT) has a functionality to shadow a traders movements and so they pick ones who are trading up a storm and follow them. Could work if they have position traders but scalpers and spreaders ?????

The trouble is the results do not tell you whether the people taking the tests are wannabe traders or actually successful traders. As we all know everyone wants to be a trader but not everyone IS a trader. The results could reflect computer geeks for all we know. Thanx donaldduke for the Van...

Are these tests subjective or has someone actually done a test against successful traders and traders that haven't succeeded. Is it going to help me decide to throw in the towel earlier or persist for longer. Does anyone have any insights ?

Yes I have heard of these guys. I know them to treat people well and have a good graduate programme. They are one of the few firms that don't throw mud on the wall and see what sticks !
