you can always keep USD in your account and you can exchange it when you want.

Moneybookers seems more popular for european users and it had commercial account as well and the charge is similar as Paypal. however the cost for individual is very good.

I withdraw using MB for a long time from Hotforex. it's quick and the total cost is not big. I'm not sure whether it's UK based, only know it's an European company.

Money Bookers is convenient and it seems that the other payments here are not available in China. I myself use Moneybookers, I register a new account at the new platform, the instant transfer is way much easier than before now.

I admit it's very easy to use paypal for small amount payment in real business. but in many countries, Paypal regulation is strict. like in China I heard paypal accounts are easy to be frozen and some money could not be transferred to your bank account smoothly in many cities.
