Why on earth set up in a high tax jurisdiction ? try caymans, t&c, Dubai, Vanuatu, Antigua, Anguila Hong Kong etc - less tax = more profits & less admin but do get unprofessional advice on the nuts & bolts first

Hong Kong has no tax on investments as long as they are personal & not for a trade or business - also no vat gst or import duty

Does anyone know how uk options premium, is treated by uk tax ?? ie is it income or capital gains & are losses fully deductable etc ?? anything else I missed (loads probably) TAI
