Nice one L-O:thumbsup: If you want to pursue spread betting it may be a good idea to open accounts with few sb companies and compare order executions. If there is any monkey business (no matter what the excuse may be), just close them and keep the good ones - simple:)

So far as I know there is only one way - open an account with a good sb company or a proper broker. I wouldn't listen too much from others giving you all sort of excuses why they shouldn't execute your orders. They are supposed to execute them straight away unless they want to artificially...

If only they can explain future moves as opposed to post move analysis I suppose 'the riggers' make it difficult on purpose
