Salty now has 'banned' under his unsername, i think you'll find he's been banned which is understandable, he had other posts removed which he should have learned from, you just can't break the rules, goodbye and good riddance to Salty

Sorry i didn't make it clearer Ken, your pc regional settings are set to u.s. specification, it hppens if you've had to reinstall windows and didn't choose the correct language/regional settings, my explanation is how to get the correct u.k settings if at all you want the £ sign back.
