I'm not changing facts. I said "even IF". It's a conditional statement meaning even IF you were to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that it was only incompetence that caused these losses, why would that make giving them your money any better?

I am mad about this because I sympathize with the thousands of people that trusted these guys to do the right thing by them and their money. Loads of internet marketing, no accurate track record of results, money and financial institutions spread out across multiple international jurisdictions...

Seriously guys... This is just me, but if you've exhausted all other options (legal action, contacting the SEC, etc.) why not just contact somone in the media to put this story out to the masses? The least you can do at this point is shatter thier reputations and prevent them from scamming...
