You can follow what you feel comfortable with, as far as indicators are concerned. I only follow price action, it works for me.

The time frame is irrelevant as far as im concerned. A good trader should be able to trade any time frame from the 1 min to the monthly. I personally prefer 15 min and H1.

Market makers often put the price up or down pre open, if they feel that the news justifies a rise or fall in the share price.

Trading part time imo is going to be hard for you. There are going to be far less opportunites for short term trades at that time. My advice would be to look at opening a position over a week to 2 weeks rather than day trading.

Hi Peter. I use your new CMC platform and I prefer it to the old one. There seems to be a lot less companies available to trade than on the old system, can you tell me why this is?
