Why people roll futures monthly (and not quaterly) for CAC, AEX, IBEX, OMX?
Hello, It just came to my attention that people roll futures on CAC, AEX, IBEX, OMX monthly as opposite to SPX, STOXX, FTSE and DAX which is rolled quarterly. Is there any reason for this? Thanks
