This is the problem only for short-term traders. I can't see how they can possibly stop me from trading longer time frames (daily bets, holding to maturity)...on the other hand I dont like the way they do their business. If they are not able to manage 5 mins bets they shouldn't be providing it...
You can use NADEX through PFG best, they accept clients based in Europe. And I don't like PYX from what I've seen. GFT and IG have so much more markets to choose from...
It's not "for a while". Its for 2 months and you can always deactivate your account when you know you are not going to trade for longer period so this is not really a reason why not to touch them. I found their spreads to be a bigger problem.
I think it's a good thing that they separated financial binaries from sport and casino betting. It feels weird when somebody is serious about trading financials to see that he/she can also bet spare money on federer lets say :D
I think it also depends on your trading style. When you are opening/closing trades very often your trading style is more likely to be influenced with requotes, spreads widening and so...also its important not to be greedy.. just my $0,02
