I'm sure iv'e heard CC mention that the 3 ducks method is really a set of guidelines to work along side your own way of trading, maybe u shud actually put in the screen time and try it yourself maybe on a demo account first.

Ye i reckon so, but as I day trade I will attempt to take small bites out of the trend day by day instead of riding it for weeks.

I've demo trading this systen for a few months now, its doing great. Ive grabbed a hell of a lot of pips over the past few months.
