No worries. Hope all still running smoothly. All still ok here. As an aside, I had been trying for months to get rid of this thing using AntiVir, Zonealarm, various anti Spyware programs all to no avail. I couldn't work out what was causing the pop ups. Anyway, it's sorted now.

As I understand it, this is akin to extracting the correct slide from the sub conscious mind's box of millions of images and super imposing it on the screen in front of you and then focusing the image (a bit like adjusting your eyes and mind to see those coloured 3D pictures you find sometimes...

They do and I use it! Just type in Z in the underlying contract column and up it comes. You may need to subscribe for the market data. For bit of background look at the liffe web site and do a google search on ftse future contracts.

I tried Cap Spreads on the FTSE for a while but like you I wasn't comfortable with it. If you spreadbet more than £10/ point you are better off trading "Z" contract(s) (£5 per half point movement) using a direct access broker. With futures contracts you can see the volume being traded which...
