I am using aplari US as my broker...it says they use GMT/BST+1 which is the same as the london market..so I should have worked correct?

I cant get my Expert Adivce to work in metatrader 4? I put it in the correct folder...I waited till 830pm NY time and it never told me LONG, SHORT, NO BUY any reasons i did try this is in demo mode could that be it?
