You may check good offshore brokers since they are mostly open for higher leverage with tight spreads with ECN account. As for your recommendation, turnkey forex will be good for you. They seem to fulfill your criteria of high leverage(up to 500x) and low spreads.

I agree with most here too. Trading isn't anything like gambling and if you think its gambling, its high time to get your facts right. It requires as much hard work and skill as any other profession or money making thing in the world.
