started trading micro lots then set myself a target, once i reached it i was allowed to increase a lot size.

I use 1minute chart for my scalping and have found it very affective for the past 4 years. I havent even looked past 5 minutes to be honest, however not adverse to trying. What would you say the benfits of longer time frames are?
