I use Cantor Index and think they're great but then i've only been trading for a week and half. I've made quite a good profit so far - the thing is you dont know what you think of a company until you actually start using it as what suits you may not suit someone else.

With regard to house builders - now prices are starting to stabilise they will probably begin to increase the number of units they produce to keep up their profits, as when the market takes a down turn they tend to have to offer more incentives to sell properties ie by offering to pay deposits...

I actually work in the housing market as a lawyer and cannot see that house prices are going to go down a great deal. From my own knowledge prices will now stabilise. When I bought my first house in 1999 i paid £44500 - when i sold it 4 years later i sold it for £100,000 - so my house had more...
