well.... the logical took a bit longer.... i was blogged down with one questions for a while.... but managed to finish with a few minutes in hand.....

can you explain the recruitment process? First - Online Numerical Test Second - Online Logical Inductive Test .... what happens after that? can you please explain the next stages?

well, I passed the numerical test... it was very easy.... finished it in out 16minutes i would say..... going to take the logical induction test...... maybe tonight..... lets see...... Does anyone know what happens after I pass this test? what is the next round?? btw, I am not from a EU/EEA...

i just have been invited for the second round of online tests..... its the inductive test

for IMC... you have to got o amsterdam... are you really up for that?? I wasnt, that's why i didnt do their test eventhough i was invited

they say that...... if you fail their test once, you wont be allowed to retake the test again. That's what they say, but I dont know whether it is actually done!

well buffthing, i took the tests last week and failed as expected! the maths part of the test is quite simple but you are pressed for time. I found the logic part very difficult and again was pressed for time. I would suggest that you try to ace the maths part.... by being fast and accurate.. as...
