Can I buy copies of all the data between July 2001 up to (and including December 31, 2002)? That's not 1987, but since I only can go back to 2003, that would be very useful...

Do the 2003 and 2004 disks come with weekly updates? I'm a new member, and got data from 2003, but the 2003 data is only monthly... I'd love to get more frequent data from 2003 and 2004. Oh, and I'd also like to find 1998-2003 :).
