It would definitely be an interesting addition to the forum.

While I understand the rule regarding PM's, starting a topic rule should be rethought. I have been a PM for 15 years and I had a very good, uncovered topic to cover....but I am unable to start the new topic.

25 posts to start a topic is way to many posts

15 posts to send a PM is too many.
