thats the impression that I got looking over at elitetrader, it seemed to revolve around the US arm of the business though and was mostly about their contract tying you in for so long which you can't do in Europe

Does anyone here work for them (in London) or know much about their initial training scheme? If so I'd appreciate a few minutes of your time through email or PM please, thx
