You should never put any money on deposit unless it is with a reputable broker that EVERYONE has heard of such as Saxo, FXCM, etc.. Good luck mate.

Hi Hector, try Oanda, they are one the largest retail brokers, I haven't used them myself but you will find many comments on this forum about them. Also, Questrade FX is another Toronto based broker. Good luck!

Not sure about elsewhere but in Ireland, spreadbetting profits are tax free so that's one incentive over trading with a broker, where you should be paying capital gains tax on FX profits.
