ukhero Initially agreed with a small rise (+1) but now likely to be on the "other side" and possibly around (-4) for the close, imho. This is based on the larger the anticipated fall in the opening and the unliklihood of the index managing a 30 pts gain over the course of the day.

UKhero - thanks - still need the disciplin of being sensible. For today - I think we are going down to 13 and then back into small positive territory to finish off. Alternatively down to (-22). Want it to go back up after US open. We will see. In the model I have faith

Well done UKhero. Question is the close - the possiblity is that FTSE will stay around the +30 mark or fall back before the close to finish at +9. Personal feeling is that it will be +9. Lets see.

Totally wrong - outside down day. Guess the model needs more refining. Only consololation is that it predicted (40+, down) as a possibility.

Ukhero Thanks for your comments - much food to think about and ponder. You are right - my predicitons are good/sometimes great but my discipline and money management skills are crap. I tend to 4x times my money and then have a total blow out and over trade or get the prediciton wrong or...
